Built on the domino effect that one good decision can make, So Well Fitness was born after Rachel Sewell helped 14 family members lose a combined total of 400kg’s!

Beginning with her sister who was classified as morbidly obese, Rach coached her to integrating healthier lifestyle changes resulting in a stunning weight loss of 70 kg’s! Like a domino effect the next loved family member in line was her sister in law who lost 35kg’s with Rach and then her husband who lost another 35kg’s.

Helping her loved ones live better, for longer with energy and vitality propelled Rach’s fitness career as she got qualified as a Personal Trainer and wellness coach. Through supplementation,
nutrition protocols, wholefoods and movement, Rach went on to change the lives of many around her, including her children.
