I don’t think I ever would have learned so much if I hadn’t have met Rachel.
I feel like I understand my health and fitness so much more. I’ve learnt a lot about my body, what was good for it and what was not. I also learnt that it wasn’t just about how you look, but your actual health too, such as body and visceral fat.
Rach is dedicated! I have had other PT’s, but honestly Rachel is by far the best. She knows what your goal is and helps you get there, she gives you a really good food plan, catered to your dietary requirements and also what you like, so it never quite felt like a chore, it was more a lifestyle change.
The workouts were three main thing for me. Mind blowing. How I used to pay so much for a gym and get no results, yet Rachel helped me workout with me with basically no equipment. Baffled me at first. But then I lost nearly 3 stone so the woman knows what she’s doing!
